Pure Filth Elektro combines with That's Amore to bring you the official end of summer boat party on the Thames. Just as SW4 is synonymous with the end of outdoor festivals, this event signifies the end of summer boat parties.

Pure Filth Elektro & That's Amore began life as a series of basement parties in Hackney quickly gaining a cult underground status around Dalston and Shoreditch.

The unique combination of musical styles combining Electro House, Tech House and Uplifting Ibiza House with live musical elements and visuals, always delivers an amazing vibe in a wide variety of venues from trendy east end locations such as the Russian and 333 to high profile London nightclubs including Egg, Ghost and Fluid.

This formula insures a euphoric atmosphere always ensuring a diverse mixture of clubbers from the hardcore underground ravers right through to the Shoreditch elite, with guest DJs ranging from Hoxton Whores and Ministry of Sound’s Matt Weeks through to east end electronic acts such as Peacock Theory and Death Of A Pony.

Funk You Night in London

The electronic music scene in London is one of the best on offer in all the world’s capital cities. That’s why you so often see professional DJs such as Cirez D, Deadmau5, Carl Cox, Mauro Picotto etc. djing every weekend in the city’s many clubs. The clubbers movement is as varied as the music they play: electro house, techno, tech house, funky house, rave techno… catering to every taste. In the last few years areas such as Brick Lane and Shoreditch have been growing incredibly fast in terms of popularity; places which are characterised by small bars and clubs that make you feel like you’re in a familiar environment compared to the big bars and clubs managed by big global companies.

One of the latest London Bars to be opened is “Il Bacio Mare” – actually a Fish and Wine Bar offering a Cocktail Bar for private function and playing host to the best house music parties in the heart of Stoke Newington Church Street. The music is played by local DJs and once a month there’s an awesome night called “Funk you” offering the best international DJs available in London such as Misura from Christian, WWE and DeejayFriendly records along with Raimundo Baños from Spain: official member of the Misura prods team.

If you want to dance to the best electro house beats in the city, head over to Funk You @ Il Bacio Mare - 98-100 Stoke Newington Church Street on the 11th or 18th April, from 10pm to 3am.

Misura also will be presenting a new remix for TRL records, it is the Cristian Paduraru’s track “Renewal Change” @ The Russian on the 6th June from 11pm to 5am, there will be live percussion, vocal performers and off course the great performance of Raimundo Baños too!

Dance di mezza stagione

Il periodaccio è arrivato, girando tra beatport, beatsdigital, trackitdown… non si sentono altro che misere charts che non sanno ne di carne ne di pesce. È ovvio che i producer attendono il periodo dopo pasqua per lanciare release che dovranno decollare per la stagione estiva, ma qualcosa si può ancora trovare...

Girano voci che Misura abbia già rilasciato il suo ultimo remix per la WWE Records, si tratterebbe del brano di Renewal Change del produttore rumeno Cristian Paduraru, Mr Misura sembra non essere soddisfatto del successo che sta riscuotendo nelle dancefloor londinesi e si affaccia sempre più al mondo delle produzioni dance, buona fortuna a Misura. Ancora una volta ci tocca attendere la stagione estiva per trovare dell'house electro, progressive e tech di qualità, ma è tutto normalissimo, la storia si ripete ogni anno.

In mezzo a questa situazione di stallo, ho notato un nuovo sito di mp3 per dj, apparentemente indipendente, il sound e i prezzi non sono per niente male. Si tratta di deejayfriendly: un nuovo portale gestito dalla superimpegnato Cristian Paduraru, che fa girare tutte le sue label sotto un’unico portale: 2 LS2 Dance, Christian Records, DJ Friendly Records, Relate 4 Ever, The Remix Label, la fantastica Wordwide Exclusive, Yespiring House con artisti di rilievo internazionale come Misura, Sean Skee & Hoska, Jason Tregebov, Dj Royce e molti altri.

Introduction / Biography

Misura, real name Mario Conteddu is a Dj, Remixer and Musician, he was born in Nuoro, Italy the 17th November 1980 and started his musical path at the age of 12 attending piano lessons e becoming part of a "baby band" that lead him to play in many parties, shows, festivals, contests and events all around Sardinia, Italy. His fast growing ambition pushed him to leave the acoustic bands scene to develop new ideas with the electronic instruments help. In 1994 he had his first roland digital sampler and thanks to it he could start creating Hip Hop instrumentals and scratches for Rap bands and at the same time get closer to the dj's world and dance music. From this moment he will be involved in a long series of music events:dj sets in clubs, discobars, raves, villas, beaches getting always more inspiration from dance music like Techno and House. In 2000 he has been DJ Residence at Shamboo Club becoming one of the few pioneers of Tribal House in Sardinia, Italy and playing next to djs like Paathan (stonedasia), Gaudi' and Omnidrive. Nowdays Misura is an active DJ, Remixer and Producer that collaborate and produce music for many kind of Bands/Djs/Labels that are spread all over Europe like Cristian Records owned by Cristian Paduraru and based in Romania, DRKL and Gigi D’Amico from London, Askra self-production from Italy and with the staff of www.dafamily.eu from Spain.
